At VF2, order cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
VF2 reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
